Sue and Don Sullivan

Priest and Sue Sullivan In early March 2009, Sue and Don Sullivan, parishoners of St. Anne's Church in Annapolis, were looking for a partner in a special outreach effort — getting "Easter Food Baskets" to families in need. They were referred to Food Link and voila, a new partnership was born. For several weeks the staff at Food Link worked with the Sullivans to provide information on families who would be the recipients. There was a tremendous response by the St. Anne's congregation and by Palm Sunday weekend, the church looked like the North Pole but for Easter. The photos capture a small slice of the more than 100 baskets that were filled were everything from food for Easter dinner and beyond to goodies for children. It was an especially joyous and meaningful collaboration which touched the lives of more than 85 families.

2010:
Easter Dinner Baskets for families in need will be given out on March 29th.
